Picking your Faction - Guild Wars Forums

This may seem like a simple question for everyone, but i am totally new to Guild wars.

Does anyone know where you go to pick your faction?

once you get to either cavalon or house zu helter, AND complete the befreinding the luxons/kurzicks main quest, you may then shout your alleigance from the mountaintops (or more practically go to the alliance guy and set it).
